Technical Service and Support

Vitacon follows risk management standard, EN-ISO 13485:2003, and makes a continuous effort to improve its products in compliance with required updated regulations. All products comply with the effective standards laid down by the European Medical Directive. All equipment is calibrated and undergoes technical inspection in compliance with the standards in effect.

Helpdesk

Vitacon support has a TeamViewer helpdesk, this service is of course free of charge. Download the program from the link below, and submit a help ticket to get remote help from us.

Service

Should any faults occur in the equipment, please download a form to fill in and send with the product. Also attach a copy and send by mail to support@vitacon.com.
